Portrait of the actor Matsumoto Kôshirô IV in the role of Magoemon, and of Nakayama Tomisaburô in the role of Umegawa. Produced following a performance of the play Shinrei yaguchi no watashi 神霊矢口渡 - Yomo no nishiki kokyô no tabiji 四方錦故郷旅路, the 8th month of 1794 at the Kiri-za Theater.
